In-Home ABA Therapy
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy takes place in your home, where your child’s daily routines happen. Every plan is built around your child. Depending on your child’s individualized assessment and treatment plan, areas of focus may include:
Communication
Building language and communication skills.
Social Skills
Supporting meaningful interaction with others.
Daily Living
Growing independence in everyday routines.
Emotional Regulation
Developing skills for managing emotions and behavior.
Safer Routines
Reducing behaviors that interfere with learning, safety or daily life.
Parent & Caregiver Support
Education and coaching so progress continues between sessions.
ABA + Psychiatry, Under One Roof
Our BCBAs are part of a broader behavioral health practice. When it’s clinically appropriate and you give your permission, they can coordinate with Golden Hour’s psychiatric providers. This can help when a child also has concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, mood symptoms or medication needs, so your family doesn’t have to manage two separate organizations.
Psychiatric care is never required to receive ABA services, and it is not automatically included. It’s simply there if your child needs it.
We’re excited to be expanding our team with a child and adolescent psychiatrist joining Golden Hour Wellness in January 2027.
Meet Our BCBAs
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts get to know each child and family personally.
Kory Marken
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Kory Marken has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for seven years, serving as both a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has experience working with individuals of all ages and providing services across home, school, clinic, community, and day-program settings.
Kory is passionate about using the science of behavior to help people achieve meaningful goals, develop new skills, build confidence, and access more opportunities for independence and life enrichment. She believes ABA should help individuals feel empowered and proud of their own progress, and considers being able to support and witness that growth one of the greatest joys of her work.
At Golden Hour Wellness, Kory is excited to bring this philosophy to a collaborative behavioral health setting. One of the unique benefits of receiving ABA services at Golden Hour is the opportunity, when appropriate, for our BCBAs to collaborate directly with our psychiatric providers. This allows behavioral and mental health care to work together, giving families a more connected and comprehensive approach to their child’s care.
Kory looks forward to partnering with children and their families to create individualized goals that lead to meaningful, lasting progress.
