Mental health has always been deeply personal to Rana. She grew up surrounded by medicine – her father is a physician, and her brothers practice anesthesiology and psychiatry – shaping her early appreciation for both the science and compassion behind healthcare. Her commitment strengthened when her son was diagnosed with autism at a time when Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy was still emerging. Rana went on to build and operate her own ABA company, gaining firsthand experience navigating complex care systems and advocating for families seeking meaningful support and better outcomes.
Professionally, Rana brings over 20 years of healthcare and finance leadership experience. She has led financial transformations, improved operational performance, scaled organizations, and helped position companies for successful exits. She is passionate about building systems that are both clinically sound and operationally sustainable.
At Golden Hour Wellness, Rana believes deeply in a comprehensive approach to mental health. She is a strong advocate for evidence-based psychotherapy, thoughtful medication management, and innovative treatments such as IV ketamine infusions and Spravato® (esketamine). Having witnessed how quickly advanced therapies can provide relief for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and chronic pain, she remains committed to expanding access to safe, collaborative, and integrated care.
Rana’s vision for Golden Hour Wellness centers on blending medical excellence with warmth, accessibility, and innovation – creating a space where patients feel supported not just during treatment, but throughout their broader healing journey.
Outside of her work, Rana is a devoted wife and mother of four. She loves spending time with her family, attending concerts, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and maintaining an active lifestyle. She is passionate about wellness in every sense – physical, emotional, and mental – and strives to embody the balanced, growth-oriented life she encourages others to pursue.

Prior to attending PA school, Cole lived in Denver, Colorado, where he worked as an Emergency Department Technician at a Level II trauma center. There, he developed a strong foundation in acute care, crisis management, and compassionate patient support during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
Cole is a graduate of Bethel University’s Physician Assistant Program and has recently relocated to Wheaton, Illinois. His clinical interests include emergency medicine, mental health, and helping patients become the healthiest version of themselves.

Candyce Cabral

Candyce is a Licensed Professional Counselor who creates a respectful, compassionate, and culturally sensitive environment where clients of all ages can safely explore their thoughts and feelings. She is flexible in her approach to fit each client’s unique needs. Candyce specializes in complex trauma, major life transitions, low self-esteem, anxiety and mood disorders, as well as relationship challenges. She integrates a variety of evidence-based therapies – including CBT, DBT, play therapy, attachment-based therapy, ACT, IFS, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, exposure-response therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Candyce has provided care to high-acuity clients in inpatient behavioral health hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient therapy settings. She also has experience supporting individuals with significant trauma, such as survivors of sex trafficking, exploitation, and those who have faced adverse experiences in their childhood. Candyce emotionally supports her clients in processing their traumatic experiences and helps them discover inner strength as they move forward on the path to recovery.
At Golden Hour Wellness, Candyce collaborates with medical providers to offer Spravato and Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). This method enables clients to gain new perspectives and address mental or emotional challenges when traditional therapy is insufficient.
